These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the App. By installing and using the App, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
By installing, accessing, or using the SLA Reducer for Freshdesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue using the App.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely within your Freshdesk environment.
The App is licensed, not sold, and remains the intellectual property of Kambaa Inc.
You are prohibited from modifying, distributing, or reverse engineering the App.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or customer data.
All configuration data, including SLA values and authentication keys, are used solely for updating SLA settings within Freshdesk.

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
Kambaa Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or any other damages.
You assume full responsibility for your use of the App and acknowledge that the results and performance are contingent upon the correct configuration of your Freshdesk instance.
Technical support and maintenance for the App are available via email at support@kambaa.in.
While we strive to ensure that the App works seamlessly, updates and improvements may be made without prior notice.
Kambaa Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the App without notice if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease immediately.
Kambaa Inc. reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App or these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the App after any modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
